Osteopathy
Remedial Massage
Osteopathy is a form of manual healthcare which recognises the important link between the structure of the body and the way it functions. Osteopaths focus on how the skeleton, joints, muscles, nerves, circulation, connective tissue and internal organs function as a holistic unit.
Remedial Massage therapy helps to stretch and loosen muscles, improve blood flow and the movement of lymph throughout the body, facilitate the removal of metabolic wastes resulting from exercise or inactivity, and increase the flow of oxygen and nutrients to cells and tissues. Massage therapist use their hands and parts of their arms to facilitate these changes.

Naturopathic medicine utilises a holistic approach to health. It aims to support the natural ability of the body to heal itself by using herbal, nutritional, diet and lifestyle modifications.
