Dr Rebecca Brugman
Osteopath & Clinical Pilates Instructor
Dr Rebecca Brugman, founder and owner of One Body Osteopathy, is a motivated Osteopath and Clinical Pilates instructor with 8 years of experience in sport and exercise rehabilitation. After completing her Masters of Osteopathy in 2007 she then went on to complete her Clinical Pilates training in 2014 to complement her earlier studies.
A keen sportswoman from a young age with a passion for many outdoor sports, Dr Brugman has personal experience in serious injury and recovery and is well versed with the frustration of rehabilitation which in her own case fostered an enthusiasm for clinical pilates.
Available Wednesdays from 9am-12.30pm and Fridays from 2-7pm
Dr Jacqueline Kovacev
Osteopath & Clinical Pilates Instructor
Jacqueline is an Osteopath and Clinical Pilates Instructor who completed 5 years of training at Victoria University receiving a Bachelor of Science (Clinical Science) and a Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy). Jackie treats using a variety of Osteopathic techniques such as joint mobilisation/articulation, MET (muscle energy technique / stretching against resistance), hvla, massage and is fantastic at dry needling, she incorporates this into her treatment only with the consent of her patients.
She has worked extensively as a sports trainer at local AFL and soccer clubs and is fantastic at treating and rehabilitating acute and chronic sporting injuries. Jackie is passionate about incorporating movement to improve treatment outcomes for her patients, which is why she is our clinical pilates instructor. She takes Clinical Pilates, Mums and Baby Pilates and prenatal pilates.
Jackie also enjoys treating headaches, pregnancy related pain and general aches and pain, such as neck, shoulder and back pain.
She spent many years playing netball and dancing which led to her interest in musculoskeletal therapy. In her spare time she enjoys going to the beach and exploring Melbourne.
Available Tuesday 2-8pm, Wednesday 2-8pm, Friday 8am-2pm and alternate Saturdays 8am-12pm.

Julianne Camille
Remedial Massage Therapist
Julianne Camille is a remedial masseur with (over) 14 years experience specialising in remedial, rehabilitation massage, relaxation, pregnancy and sports massage.
She treats both children and adults and a variety of conditions such as headaches, neck, shoulder and general back pain, sciatica, soft tissue injuries and over-use injuries. she incorporates trigger point therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, cupping, acupressure and aromatherapy into her therapy/treatments.
She has a Diploma of Remedial Massage & a Certificate in Pilates (mat).
Julianne is a member of Massage and Myotherapy Australia and is WorkCover accredited.
Available Mondays 2-8pm and Saturdays 9-1pm.
Bridgit Rouget
Naturopath
Bridgit is a highly qualified naturopathic practitioner who believes in the healing power of the body and how herbal and nutritional medicine can aid its abilities.
She has worked in the health food industry for over 3 years, which enriched her passion and understanding for those who experience chronic and acute health conditions.
While she loves helping those with a range of health concerns, she has a particular interest in: mental health, female reproductive conditions, digestive complaints, injury recovery, fatigue, seasonal allergies and weight management.
Bridgit is an association member with NHAA and a registered health fund provider
